The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application process.
Applications at the moment are open and will close on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant should fulfill the following criteria:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who originates from a house using a combined gross residence earnings that doesn't exceed R350 000 for every annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined household revenue won't exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients instantly qualify for funding and wish not post any proof of income.
*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent residents from homes with combined R350 000 and R600 000 click here for every annum.
